What it does

Built for honest, private tracking.

BodyCount Calendar is a journal — not a social app. Log what happened, see your own patterns, and stay on top of your sexual health routine without anyone watching.

Calendar & daily log

A clean monthly view of your activity. Tap a date to see entries, or add a new one in seconds.

Quick entry

Four entry modes — from a one-tap counter to a detailed entry with notes — so logging never feels like a chore.

PrEP, DoxyPEP & DoxyPrEP reminders

Local notifications for daily PrEP, DoxyPEP within the 72-hour window, and DoxyPrEP routines — all with adherence at a glance.

STI test tracking

Log lab results, set test-cycle reminders, and keep a private timeline of your visits — all on your phone.

Stats & insights

See lifetime, yearly and monthly counts, streaks, day-of-week patterns, trends and adherence rates.

Partners

Optional named partners or fully anonymous entries. You decide how much detail to keep — or none at all.

Calendar & entries

Your month at a glance.

Open the app and you see your month. Dates with activity get a subtle marker — tap any day to see what happened or to add a new entry.

  • Counter, Quick, Standard, and Detailed entry modes
  • Add notes, tags, protection, rating, and partner — all optional
  • Edit or delete any entry, any time

  • 2-1-1 (event-based) PrEP cycle support
  • DoxyPEP 72-hour post-exposure window prompts
  • DoxyPrEP scheduled-dose reminders
  • Per-cycle compliance, not guilt
Not medical advice BodyCount Calendar is a personal tracking tool, not a medical product. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about PrEP, DoxyPEP, DoxyPrEP, and any medication or test results.

STI test history

Your lab results, your records.

Keep a private timeline of your STI screenings. BodyCount Calendar reminds you when it's time for the next test cycle, and stores every visit so you have your history when you need it.

  • Log clinic visits, panels, and results
  • Configurable test-cycle reminders
  • Quickly review your last test date
  • Records stay encrypted on your device
For your reference only Stored test entries are personal notes. They are not a clinical record and should not replace official documents from your healthcare provider.

Privacy is the architecture

Designed so we can't see your data — even if we wanted to.

BodyCount Calendar has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. Your data lives on your iPhone — and only on your iPhone, unless you choose to back it up to your own iCloud.

On device only

No cloud servers

Every entry, every reminder, every record is stored locally using Apple's secure on-device storage. Nothing is sent to us.

Your iCloud · optional

iCloud backup, your call

If you want a backup, the app can use your personal iCloud — owned by you, encrypted by Apple. We never have access to it.

Zero accounts

No sign-up, ever

There is no email, no username, no profile. There is nothing for anyone to leak, breach, or subpoena. The app simply opens.

Panic PIN

A second PIN for emergencies

Set up a separate Panic PIN. Entering it instantly wipes all app data on the device — silently, with no traces left behind.

Face ID & PIN

Locked by default

BodyCount Calendar can be locked with Face ID and a PIN. Generic lock-screen previews mean nothing sensitive is visible from the outside.

Discreet by design

No tracking, no ads, no analytics

No SDKs, no fingerprinting, no telemetry. Your activity is yours. The App Store privacy label reflects this.

Frequently asked

Good questions, honest answers.

Does BodyCount Calendar send my data to a server?

No. There is no BodyCount Calendar server. The app has no backend. All your data lives on your device, full stop.

What happens if I lose my phone?

If you've enabled iCloud backup, your data restores when you set up your new iPhone. If you haven't, the data is gone with the device — which, depending on your situation, might be exactly what you want.

The app is locked behind Face ID and a PIN, so even on a lost device it's not freely accessible.

What is the Panic PIN?

The Panic PIN is a second, separate code you set up alongside your normal PIN. If you ever enter it — under pressure, or because you simply want to wipe — BodyCount Calendar erases all of its on-device data immediately and silently. There is no confirmation dialog and no recovery.

Does the app give medical advice?

No. BodyCount Calendar is a personal tracking tool. It helps you keep notes about your routines, but it does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend any medication or course of action. Decisions about PrEP, DoxyPEP, DoxyPrEP, STI testing, and treatment should always be made with a qualified healthcare professional.

Can I export my data?

No. You can’t export your entries yet. We plan to add this feature in future updates once we’re sure it’s safe.

How do I delete everything?

Two options: use the in-app "Delete all data" action (with a typed confirmation), or simply delete the app from your home screen. iOS removes all app data along with it.

How much does it cost?

BodyCount Calendar is a subscription. You get a 14-day free trial, then it's $19.99 per year.

You can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap BodyCount Calendar, and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge.
